A Special Priory of the Evergreen State Priory, Knights of the York Cross of Honour, was opened by Eminent Prior Lewis D. Peck on June 14, 2007 in Yakima, Washington.

Regular business was suspended as this conclave was called to appoint a new Registrar/Treasurer as the Current Registrar, Eugene D. Alexander, PP, resigned for personal reasons.

EP Peck appointed R. Dale Fluaitt Registrar of Evergreen State Priory No. 41.

EP Peck then closed the conclave in due form.
