Knights of the York Cross of Honour

Special Conclave of the Evergreen Priory, KYCH, held in Ellensburg, WA on February 11, 2006.

EP Tom Seymour convened the conclave at 1:00 PM for the reading and nomination of candidates for the year 2006.

Candidates for nomination are:

Michael Smitson Proposed by E. Dalton White

Stanley Cybulski Proposed by E. Dalton White

Rudy Engle Proposed by Bill Smith

Ballots were spread on each candidate and each was favorable.

Letters of availability for line officers were received from: Bill Elkins and Jim Stevens.

Bills presented were $97.21 for postage and copying and $25.00 rent for the cancelled meeting on January 28, 2006 to the Ellensburg Masonic Temple and $50.00 to the OES for food that had been purchased for the event. A motion was made, seconded and passed to pay the bills.

A motion was made to remit the cost of the meals of all Knights and their Ladies who attend the 2006 Annual Conclave on April 15^th at Montesano, if reservations are received by the Registrar by April 1, 2006, seconded and passed.

No further business coming before the Knights, Prior Tom Seymour closed the conclave in due form.
